David is a director of the Synstrat Group and holds a Batchelor of Business in Accounting. A member of CPA Australia and a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Taxation Institute of Australia. He has over 20 years Accounting and Business Services experience specialising in small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs). He enjoys working closely with clients and believes that providing assistance in any way helps to build a strong relationship in this ever changing climate.

Paul has an abundance of experience in the business service areas of taxation consulting, superannuation, and wealth creation. His career started in the arena of Big 4 Chartered Accounting firms, later building a successful practice which he merged with Synstrat. With over 20 years’ experience he continues to provide a dedicated service to valued and long-standing clients. This has given him great insight into the issues facing small to medium sized businesses, which are always evolving and ever-changing in today’s world.

Michelle’s journey at Synstrat began in 1999 and she became a director in 2006. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Michelle is proud of the close and longstanding relationships she has formed with her clients over her years with the firm. Her expertise includes income tax and small business concessions, business acquisition and strategy. She also has a good working knowledge of most accounting software packages, making her relevant to all levels of a client’s business.

Cameron is a Director of the Synstrat Group and a Private Client Adviser having joined the group in 2011. Having over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry where he has built specialist knowledge in superannuation, retirement planning, investment portfolio management, wealth creation, risk management and Centrelink planning. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Finance degree, a Diploma of Financial Planning and is both a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) with the Financial Planning Association and a SMSF Specialist Advisor™ with the SMSF Association.

David is a Director of the Synstrat Group and a senior consultant having joined the group in 2012. A Chartered Accountant by training, he has spent 25 years working in the UK, Europe and Australia. At Synstrat, he specialises in dental and veterinary practice valuation, consultancy (including practice purchase negotiation), superannuation advice and SMSF administration services. David holds Master of Engineering and MBA degrees, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is a SMSF Specialist Advisor™ with the SMSF Association, holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Chartered Accountant.
